Bret J. Francis is the principal attorney of the law firm. Bret has a diverse land use practice representing a range of clients from individual homeowners to corporations and developers. He specializes in zoning law, including but not limited to request for variances, special permits with local zoning and other boards as well as City/Town councils. Other areas of law include summary process and eviction, transactional and litigation.

Before establishing the Law Office of Bret J. Francis, Bret served as Of Counsel to Scafidi Juliano LLP and as an associate with Harnish, Jenney, Mitchell & Resh, LLP in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Bret resides in suburban Massachusetts along with his wife, three children and bulldog, Norman.
